1. Green Eyes by My Upside Down

I found this band on instagram, deffo listen to them. They have a My Chem/Taking Back Sunday kind of vibe. Very cool and authentic 2000s sounding! They're also insanely good live omg. 

2. Your Loves Whore by Wolf Alice 

I think this bands music tends to lean more indie, but this song to me sounds like what would play over a heartbreak scene in a 2000s coming of age movie that's supposed to be set in the 90s. They have a few songs with this vibe, but this is my favorite.

3. Gossip by Night Club

Night Club is so good I also like schizophrenic and Show it 2 Me by them. They describe their music as electro-goth, it's pretty cool and very catchy! 

4. Tu Tu Neurotic by The Hellp

This song is kind of like if Crystal Castles was a little bit sillier. It's probably not for everyone, but I like it. Cool electronic experimental vibes. Almost like if Passion Pit was a little more emo. So many comparisons sorry just listen to it!

5. 285 by Kitty

Kitty is peak tumblr rap, but not like kreayshawn, she's more chill. This is one of her best songs in my opinion, idk why it isn't at the top of her spotify. She used to go by kitty pryde! This song is on my new summer playlist, I love it.

6. Nokke pong på det by A-Laget 

A-Laget has been one of my top artists on Spotify for a while, they're so good. I listen to a lot of Norwegian music, and I've tried to keep it off this list because ik most people probably wouldn't be interested, but this song fits the vibe. They make such good 2010s party music. 25 tjommiar by them is one of my favorite songs ever :D

7. The World Has Its Shine (But I would Drop It on a Dime) By Cobra Starship

I love Gabe Saporta and this is one of my favorite Cobra Starship songs. Everyone knows Good Girls Go Bad, but they should know this too. Viva La Cobra! Perfect 2000s song.

8. Når eg kommer hem by Lars Vaular

Ngl I've completely given up on the theme at this point. I love Lars Vaular and this album so much. Such good 2010s random music that will not leave my spotify on repeat playlist no matter how hard I try

9. Xingu by Noporn

I found this song in a small indie movie soundtrack a few years ago. It's steadily been on my spotify wrapped since then. It's so perfect and in the movie theres a scene where some girls dance to it in a living room with the lights on in slow motion at a strange party. I used this song in a project my freshman year of college lol lmk if you like it (:
