These websites are SO useful! Also googling what you wat to do. I recommend making a neocities to test things out- they're a free site host service (you can *choose* to pay and get more features though) You can do p much whatevs there, as long as its static (ie, no user changes w/o directly editing code) make pages, style them, figure things out, make mistakes, figure out how to fix them, and learn!!!
