last.fm

i made a last.fm account a few days ago but didn’t actually end up using the site (read: forgot about it) until yesterday and. why is it that being able to see what you’ve literally just listened to five minutes ago on a different window than the music player makes the act of listening to music so suddenly addicting?

not like music by itself isn’t already something that gnaws itself into my ears hours on end, but now it’s more Active? Number go Bigger??? and that means it's all i will do for the next 48 hours. maybe more
