Meeting My Dad's Family

I am 25 years old and I am about to take on one of the most interesting moments of my entire life. I met my dad when I was 17 years old and some of my siblings when I was 18. Due to the fact that I didn't know anyone else or even felt like they cared I kept my distance. My grandmother recently died and now the challenge of meeting my dad's family has surfaced. I want to meet everyone, but at the same time I don't. I don't really understand the point in meeting them now when I went my whole life without them. I want to stay positive, but right now I feel nothing. Smh. Send help.
