Thousand word essay in one class period? um...

I'm in my college prep class and we are practicing writing a personal essay. My teacher is making us write a 1000-word personal essay in his class. I would say I can take 2 class periods to even write one essay. Which isn't even 1000 words, but in one class period?? which is an hour and 20 minutes??? um.... you're asking WAYYY too much of me right now. Give me at least 2 class periods.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make an essay longer to meet the word limit?
