I've been journaling again lately and it's been making me feel better and I've been more social again because of it! Woo! <3 I also have been trying very hard to adjust my sleep schedule to something consistent and healthier, and guess what!! I went to sleep at 12:30am and woke up at 9:30am!!! I've wanted to wake up earlier for so long now and I'm finally doing it! Maybe I'll gain the courage to go on early morning walks or early morning birdwatching soon, who knows :D
I've also been spacing out a LOT lately tho, so I guess I need to make another little post about music I've been jamming to lately :) Music takes over me when I'm spacey, it's just so relaxing and helps me stay focused.
