Scary dreams?

So recently i have been having these werid scary dreams where i wake up in a fright 😭

So it's been like 2 days in a row this has happened my first dream was about the roads like yk when its dark at nite yeaa and then i heard a scream it sounded like i wasn't dreaming. As if it was actual life and i heard the screams kinda like a lucid dream but i thought it was actual screams and the screams sounded so like bad- like someone was getting stabbed in the night it just sounded so creepy- and then my other dream was about seeing someone in my house does anyone know anything about this?? Have u been experiencing similar things?
