something interesting

sitting here, making a myspace-esque profile past 12 midnight a thought came to my head.

its crazy how powerful nostalgia and escapism is huh? the fact that a relatively small group of people decided to go back and recreate a site lost to time because they want to reexperience the "good old days" and to escape modern social media. its oddly calming in a way.

as a 22 year old i know i have many years ahead of me to be nostalgic over things but here i am being nostalgic for a thing that in the grand scope of time only happened around a decade and a half ago.

society is moving fast eh?
