okay prom post

yesterday and i guess this morning was SO FUCKING LONG

i wore a black button up, black suit pants that used to fit my dad, a black and red patterned vest, and cool ass demonias plus a spiked cuff and some cool necklaces. it took me like ten minutes to get ready and put on my outfit and stuff but i ended up being late to pick up my friend and everything after that because i lost track of time talking to my dad. after i picked up my friend it took forever to get food because we chose to go to a mcdonalds as close to the venue as possible which was a bit out of town but i refuse to drive on the interstate it scares me. so we got to prom almost an hour and a half after it started and everyone else was already there, but once we met up with our friends and started dancing i felt less awkward i actually had a lot of fun which is suprising, i never thought something like that would be for me. but now i know im definitely gonna have fun when i see ptv and the used in concert. then we took a bunch of pictures together and some of them suck and some of them look good and some of them are just fun. prom itself was actually really fun i loved seeing my friends looking great!!

then once we left my legs were killing me and it felt like it took even longer to get home than it took to get out there. but after stopping at my friends house and then mine we finally got to our school for after prom. we had to wait in a long ass line so the school would know we were there because once we leave we cant go back. first i got three different glitter and airbrush tattoos which i love they are so freaking cool!! there was also a whole room for a casino playing with fake money which i didnt play but might have been fun but what i did do was ride a mechanical bull LMAO it looks so tame when youre watching it but when i was on it i was actually struggling but according to my friend i stayed on longer than most people. later in the night they had a magician and a comedian and they both sucked ass i wish they got people who were actually good. the magician just used trick items like trick rope it felt childish. and the comedian was so strange i cant even describe how unfunny he was. he decided not to use the mic they gave him because it had an “echo” but then no one could hear him so eventually a kid took pity on him and ran the mic to him again but it just cut in and out every two seconds so he couldnt tell a complete joke. it was probably better that way honestly. i dont think i heard a single collective laugh the entire time he was up there. the night ended with the school giving out prizes and i didnt win anything but one girl won both a laptop and a car which i dont understand. once we left it was 5 am and i wasnt having any fun by then, but earlier in the night was the best. maybe i should have just left

once we got home and i got my friend settled into my sisters room i conked the fuck out with my cat until 2 pm. i cant believe i have to go back to school TOMORROW
