adhd organizinh tipes!!

make lists of things you have to do from hardes t to easiest and put it smewher you will see

when you forget osmething a lot write down that thing on a list and put it smewher you will see and add things to the list when you froget them so you have reminder

do the thing you dont want to do the most first in ur day and everthing ese will feel easier

make a week scedule and plan out doing all your work on specific days so you get days off where you wil feel free !

use timers to rmeind youself to do things

wehn you think of needing to do something go do it immediately after its a good habit to ddo

wen you are having a confversatino adn somehting reminds you of something else and you want to blurt it out make a rule where yu only blurt ou t once every three things tht come to mind

write everything you thnk down on a note or on ur phone or on the interwebs if you want to avoid blurtng stuff out

if u are super hugry write down what fod you are craving so next time you are just a little hungry you knw what food you likeĀ  also if you are hungry and dont know what t eat and have oatmeal you can make oatmeal it is flavorless and you can microwae it

if yiou can then u should try to get a behavioral therapst because they help adhd

this is stuff my school specil ed teacher told me to do ok so i think it might wrok fir other peolpe if they cant have a behavior al therapist
