shrooms in my yard?? what

okay so like a few days ago i was cleaning sticks out of the yard so my mom could mow n shit, she found like,, a liquor bottle (we dont drink the stuff), other random bits of trash, and an EMPTY PACKET OF SHROOMS?? like branded n everything, WE DONT DO SHROOMS?? ???? 
my mas reaction (outside of 'what he fuck' bc duh) was that if the neighbors were gonna throw that shit in our yard the least they could do was leave some in it
we couldve gotten like charged/arrested for that bc i dont think shrooms are legal in our state yet, so.. ?? ??????????
