why is it so hard but also so easy to find new music?!? like it’s easy for me to find someone and go “oh yeah they make good stuff” and like everything they’ve put out but at the same time only listen to 0.5% of their songs on a daily basis? but at the same time i struggle with finding new music because i don’t really know what i like… people have to give me suggestions or else i’ll be trapped in an endless void filled with the same 124 and a half songs… sniffs a bit And i succumb to peer pressure super easily, like if one day if an artist i listen to randomly becomes the hugest joke on the internet, i will stop listening to them out of fear. or if people go “YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO [X] AND LIKE IT IF U DONT UR SMELLY!!!” i will physically force myself to like and listen to them, even if it’s quite possibly the most rancid thing to have ever violated my ears. i am a sad, strange little man.
