Journal Entry #34: 04/13/23

Well, I kinda screwed up yesterday. I ended up cutting someone off at an intersection by accident. I swear they didn't exist a few seconds ago. I made sure to be more careful exiting the school today.

As for yesterday, the only thing of significance was really Art Club. We started photographing artwork in this cool lightbox thing my art teacher made. The photos turned out really professional! Hopefully, we'll have most of the prints ready by next Wednesday.

Once again I need to talk about how imminent the end of high school is for me. Seniors who are not taking AP exams and are exempt from all other exams will be able to leave as soon as May 2nd, I believe, giving them about two weeks left of school from this point. I have to take AP exams though, and on top of that, I have to come back the week after to finish my ACCESS class and its exam. Oh well, at least I get to leave earlier than the rest of the student body :')

Today started out cloudy, but became sunny, which was nice. It's just so pretty outside! I really need to indulge in this nice weather before it gets too hot. We were supposed to have a quiz today in AP Stats, but it didn't happen for whatever reason. I also have a test tomorrow in AP Gov. Wish me luck. In animation, I'm having to reformat all of my storyboard frames :/ Oh, and we learned about drugs in anatomy, in the weirdest way possible through cartoon mice. Mouseparty was the name.

Right now my face looks so gross. It's just covered in acne, and it's because of my diet. My diet isn't the worst thing, but because of the Easter candy I've been eating, my face has become more congested. I need to stop eating it lol. In fact, when I was away at this summer program, I was able to change my diet on a whim, eating healthier and effectively clearing my skin. I hope I can do that in college too. Poor diet acne sucks!

Oh, and we're getting our driveway pressure washed on Saturday! I'm super excited, the driveway will finally look nice again, just in time for my graduation party.

Anyway, gotta get some z's for the test.
