elden ring players pls help

any tips on how to beat the bell bearing hunter at the church of vows? rn im using the beast champion armor nd the colossal greatsword from that cart in caelid w lightning grease on it but i cant get him 2 far past half health x(( tbh it might just be a prob w my dodge rolls but who knows \_(-_-;)_/
