You see a lot of error messages when you're in IT but I've never been told I'm not allowed to restart a computer before lolI can't allow you to do that, Dave

IT getting IT help! lol

it actually turned out i was still connected to a virtual desktop on a server. normally there's a bar at the top with a disconnect button and such but i usually unpin it since it's annoying. since our VDI and actual computer backgrounds are the same, I didn't notice and i obviously can't restart the server it's hosted on lol.
