I'd say with a blog its a bit more public think of it like the stuff you wanna share with all of spacehey. but even then you make make it private an dhave either your spacehey friends or you favorite users only see the blog. spacehey is nice in that way.
Really bulltions are more so buildt for silly things to share or what not. or things you deem not important enough for your blog like "What is your favorite meme right now" Instead of a blog for say the art you just made or your back acatalog of art.
You can curerate space hey too you, blogs can be anything you want really but I use them more so as posts I want think are important enough to be seen on the blog tab. but i'd justuse bulltions for silly posts and private blogs for things like draiys or private bloging you only want some people to see
