DNI lists and the apparent stupidity of the internet

people who make DNI lists are not stupid. you're on the internet and there's a certain kind of person you want to avoid, it would make sense to state that you would state that you don't want to interact with people like that. 

some like to say the "real world" doesn't work like that, and that's true to an extent... but this isn't the "real world", this is the internet. and you can't block people in real life
