My Webcomic [Bravestar]

Since last fall, I've been attempting to release a chapter of my webcomic just about every other week. I was working on in my head for about a year before starting, and I can't put into words how good it feels to actually be making it.

If I had to give a general summary of Bravestar, I'd say it's a very story-focused series that takes a lot of inspiration from Scott Pilgrim, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Sonic. The world of Bravestar is nearly identical to our own, except for the fact that souls are a tangible force of energy. People with passionate, powerful souls can use that magic to make themselves superhuman. The power of the soul has been kept secret throughout human history, until recently.

Bravestar tells the story of Leon, a self-proclaimed hero who is 100% confident, 0% ethical. His dream of becoming a hero brings him and his friends into conflict with Hocus, an enigmatic villain searching for someone called "The Vessel". As Team Bravestar fights to save their world, they begin to realize how much about their own lives is a lie...
