Alright, so technically I did my first "workout" a few days ago, but forgot to post about it. I wouldn't exactly call it a workout though, I was just trying to see how much I could do before getting too tired.
What I managed to do was:
-7 push-ups
- 3 sit-ups
- 5 squats
- 15 seconds of jogging
So, not a whole lot, but still something! I also did a mini "workout" today, where I jogged for about 45 seconds. My recovery was pretty good and fast! And I'm really happy about that.
They're small steps, but steps nonetheless. I want to be at least as strong as I was when I was 17. Before all of the bad stuff happened to me. It feels really good to move around and I've definitely got a lot more energy since I started flight school.
I'm gonna try to do these "workouts" at least 3x per week, and not overdo it.
