theres lots of old tutorials on youtube that can explain it better than me but!!! lots of teasing, straightening, hairspray and layers. achieving scene bangs is kinda hard (or at least it was for me) but just kinda brush all ur hair to one side and cut it in a diagonal line. my biggest piece of advice w haircutting is take it slow and cut little bits at a time. the shorter side of the bangs shouldn’t come up past ur eyebrow
