my father (update)

it went better than expected. it still wasn’t great, though. my therapist told me the only way i could move forward in life is to accept that my father will never accept me as a transgender man. im not a fan of conditional love. they don’t understand the pain of that. very few people do. 

at this point it feels as though hormones are the only thing that will save my life. i will hang in there
