six days...

Six days without a blog. Am I getting my mojo back?

Perhaps!

I've not written about rehearsals in a bit because there's really nothing to discuss. But last night's rehearsal was THE BEST one we have had to date. Everything was air-tight, the grooves were locked in, and the metal was paint-peeling! Mike and Brian are a ferocious rhythm section, that's for sure.

No rehearsal next week (huh?) because it will be Brian's birthday. So we gave him a breather HA! One week isn't going to hurt us, that's for sure. We will have three more to go before recording commences.

The strange thing is that MOOD SWINGS is about to be a two-year-old album, yet radio stations are asking to play tracks from it?! I was told years ago that albums have a shelf life of maybe six months to a year. After that, you're pretty much forgotten. (And people ask me why the music business is so cruel...) I've been sending a couple of songs here and there but also adding "Wait for new music this Fall!" So it's nice to know the music and guitar work is making the rounds more and more.

Now to get me on a short tour...
