Journal Entry #30: 04/05/23

Well, the weirdest thing happened yesterday.

So I was getting on the bus to go to my career tech school. Typically there are two buses, but only one was there initially. Well, the second bus came before departure, so many students got off the bus I was on to get some space. For whatever reason, one of the departing students had fart spray and sprayed it on the bus I was on. Thankfully, you can open bus windows, so I along with the remaining students just let it air out, but my question is: why? Do you think you're funny or something? In fact, I really don't think something like fart spray should even be allowed in schools. I don't think there's ever been a horrible incident though, so I don't think it will ever be stated in a code of conduct.

Anyway, as for today, I did my AP Gov exam! I actually felt pretty confident after I finished it. After the exam, I went straight outside because the library was closed. One of my classmates sat at my table outside, and he ended up noticing my watch. He said it was cool. At the same time, it was weird; people don't really pay attention to me, much less any accessories that I wear. It was much appreciated. In anatomy, we watched this video about the brain and alcohol. It was super strange. I actually have the link here, if any curious soul wishes to watch. It really felt like something I'd see in a dream. Also, that kissing scene goes on for way too long lol

Also, Art Club met today. We're in the process of gathering work, and hopefully, by the end of April, we can hang everything up. The art teacher let me look at some of the pieces that she hopes to hang up, and they all look great! I can't wait! For once, I'll leave a little visible piece of myself at this early 2000s fever dream of a school.

As for tomorrow, I have an e-learning day. I might sleep in, but I still have work to do, and some teachers may be inclined to make the due dates correspond to when their class usually ends. I also need to work on this essay for a program application I'm doing. Friday I have the day off completely, but despite this long weekend it's supposed to be gloomy and rainy. Man, it's the last break of the school year, and yet I can't get some good weather? At least Easter Sunday will be nicer.

Work awaits me tomorrow.
