I really want to get into Art and Photography but I have no idea on where to start. Does anyone know the basics ?

Art and Photography are VERRRY broad areas. It's like saying "I want to play sports, where do i start?"
If you want to get started in art, I'd say pick a medium to try first- crayons are an easy, forgiving, and surprisingly good one.
There's also black ink, learning about different kinds of shading.
I can't say much about physical art like sculpting since i really don't have any experience there but I'm sure there's plenty of YT channels to check out.
With anything, I'd suggest learning a little bit about perspective, proportions, and composition, but if you want to start photography, it's your bread and butter. Learning how to arrange the world around you into a frame to capture is a skill i haven't gotten down myself but just grab your phone, open the camera, and see what looks good.

Thank you so much. I should have specified more on what type of art I wanted to do but this helped me a bunch.
