Hi, everyone!
Dinner for today was another family favorite, tater tot casserole. Before making it, I had always thought casseroles were such a mom dish to make. Well, look at me now..."mommying" it up in the kitchen. Let's get to it!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup tsp salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
16 oz. package of frozen tater tots
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First, you're going to do is defrost your hamburger meat for 10 minutes. While that's happening, get your ingredients out. Also, this is a good time to line your slow cooker with a liner.
After it's defrosted, brown it in a pan until it's fully cooked. Pour in your usual seasonings, during this time. We also season our hamburger meat with garlic salt. Now, drain the excess grease and throw it out. Pour your hamburger meat into your lined slow cooker. Then, stir in your cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Here are photos of before and after the ingredients are stirred. In my opinion, it looked like a lot of pepper at first, but trust me...it'll be just the right amount of seasoning!

On top of that, add a layer of cheese. My family likes a lot of cheese, so I was very generous with the layer. Then, pour your bag of tater tots on top, creating a nice even layer. Alright, now top the tots with another layer of cheese. Then cover and cook on low for about 2-3 hours!

That's it! Yet, another easy recipe in the books. Literally, this is one of the easiest recipes on here, so I'm sure you can do this. It came out delicious as always and packed with flavor. Here's the end result:

I hope y'all get to make this and enjoy it! As I said, super easy and delicious!
Until next time,
Zelly :)
