I really enjoy the scene-core and alt aesthetics. I just don't understand how your eyes don't give out cuz of the excessive amount of flashing on your guys' profiles!! It also makes it impossible to read any text. I love the commitment to the style, and it might be your goal to make a statement rather than a profile, but if you intend to make a readable blog MAYBE don't make everything seizure-inducing 
Do whatever you want with ur profile, this is a site all about expressing yourself after all, but please consider the readability

not people apologising in the comments instead of just changing their profile to Not be seizure inducing. when we say seizure inducing we fucking mean it. and it can be fatal.

Definitely some of them it's not even like, that I don't like whatever aesthetic, but sometimes they do something that makes the text impossible to read. Like color combos without enough contrast or flashing colors behind text and stuff where I'm like "cool I know nothing about you because i can't read your profile."

you're very right about this tbh. it's not like i can just Not Look either, because that's the whole point of the site. it's text-based, brother ! i have to be able to read the things you're posting ! i've seen like maybe 2 users with flashing lights/seizure warnings in their nicknames which is what they Should be doing if they're not changing their assets.
