When I was a teen i used to do a TON of collaborative story wiriting roleplay threads, since ive entered my 20s though, i havent been able to find anyone to roleplay (and its way to awkward to roleplay with my irl friends) i used to use amino a lot but the user base over there just, doesnt age. So everyone else over there is still 12-16, and thats just kinda weird as a 23 year old, i want to roleplay again tho, so many of my ocs are kinda collecting dust now. I just wish i could find someone i could really click with and roleplay with them.

I'm not sure if you're into combat roleplay at all but I'm in my late 20s and I've just launched a roleplay group for any interested (The Dawn Era). With your permission, I'd like to link it below. I'd suggest to try looking for literate roleplay groups/servers on Telegram or Discord. They've usually got some amazing roleplayers with some awesome ideas.

Hello! I know we don't know eachother but I do have a few recommendations.
First: forums like jcink and proboards have bustling rp communities! And many 18+ and even 21+ roleplay forums. I would recommend looking at the proboards support forums' advertisement board. Which has a roleplay specific sub-board. And the rpg-directory which I'm pretty sure is hosted on JCINK that has a whole bunch of forum ads to browse. As well as 1x1 finder section I'm pretty sure.
