LOST ART (MY COLLAGE WORK)

This collage series is very special and dear to my heart, as it was the first concrete collage I made for a college project and kind of got me started on my artistic journey with the medium. it's the one collage I had that had serious intention and purpose, as it celebrates some of the biggest feminists and activists of the 20th and 21st centuries. Women like Angela Davis, Janet Mock, Marsha P. Johnson, Hedy Lamarr, Marlene Dietrich, Malala Yousafzai,  and so on are featured, along with an original poem I wrote at the bottom (i don't really consider myself a poet lol) unfortunately like the post describes, I lost the two original canvases and they have never been recovered. I remember I was transporting them somewhere between Fredonia NY, Binghamton NY, and Old Forge NY, and when I checked the trunk of my car they were gone.
