Immediately make your bed after waking up, brush your teeth, etc. Then I work out for min. 30 minutes then I go take a shower. After that, I try not to use any electronics (phone, computer) until the evening. I do that by distracting myself with things like cleaning my room, organizing stuff, watching tv, etc.
When I do that I feel like I've been 1000% more productive and it keeps me in a good mood throughout the day. Hope this works out for you
