Can’t Sleep

It’s currently around 4:20 am and I haven’t slept yet. 1000% my own fault but I can hear the birds waking up + singing 

Ik I’ll have to get up soon at 7:30 am ish to get ready for work 

I don’t know why I do this to myself - I love sleep any other time I f*cking love sleep so much. But when the sun goes down if I’m not already asleep then I ain’t sleeping 𖤐
