it’s that time again…
time to get baked and bake some treats! except this one you’re just going to get yourself baked because this is a no bake goodie ♡
i would just like to say i’m very impressed with myself that the first treat on my list isn’t chocolate.
~ no bake peanut butter oatmeal bars + here’s what you’ll need..
1c peanut butter
3/4c honey
3c old fashioned oats
1tsp vanilla
1/2tsp Salt
1. grease or line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
2. in a saucepan over medium heat combine PB, honey, vanilla and salt. heat and stir until thoroughly blended together.
3. remove from the heat and add your oats. stir until the oats are evenly coated. now pour the mixture into the pan and press it down.
4. cover, and let set 8 hours/overnight.

and hey, not going to lie on my first blog post, i NEVER wait 8 hours. stick it and the fridge and try it an hour because i know you got the munchies. enjoy!
