i promise i will post other things and not just ED but i gotta start out strong i guess!
my main goal for April is to keep exercising consistently, at least 6 times a week with one rest day (probably friday bc thats when i do my shot) thats what ive been doing so it should be super easy to just keep doing it tehe
Also i would like to binge less (。T ω T。) and drink more water to be less hydrated so fingers crossed !!
my mama just threw me a chocolate so im gonna save that for sometime when im not fasting <333
