i ask myself the same questions a lot, and what helps me get through it is taking a step back and not thinking so hard about it. I imagine personality like a smell, since it's yours, you don't really perceive it, only those who are around you. i am a really boring person though so maybe we're in the same boat and I'm just in denial lol

a personality is a culmination of everyone you've ever met. it's what you say, how you move, how you act, how you dress, what you like. everyone has a personality. if you're faking a personality to convince others you're cool, you're a people pleaser and you probably need to do some self-discovery, either through art, journaling, therapy, of any other method that you can look back on. every person is unique because we all have different life experiences that shape us. those experiences turn into reflexes, phrases we say everyday, and many other things. it can be as simple as how you make tea or put on a jacket. i promise you have a personality, just make sure you take care of yourself before you take care of other people.
