◇ Micro twerking to O Green World by Gorillaz when it came on at Hour of Power during free stretch/station demo time! Truly an unexpected delight ^w^ M was subbing today and I always love their music and energy. They make me feel nostalgic for so many different reasons and I really admire and respect them.
◇ Crying to Light Asylum's A Certain Person while surfing for songs to add to the skate playlist for K's event. Shannon's tender words cut to the heart in a way I can't hope to accurately describe. Something deep within unlocked and I overflowed - the song that always makes me cry is Angel Tongue.
