hellz yeah. we gettin the band back together!
I was honestly surprised by the end, with the Armorer telling Bo to take her helmet off. I had the shower thought, "what if one of the Watch members wants to upgrade or has to repair their helmet?" a couple of weeks ago, and with the mythosaur stuff going on, I initially expected her to add something to or at least repaint her helmet for her. Then she started walking down the steps and I was like, "is she going to remove hers and call off the Children of the Watch to join Bo?"
I think Bo Katan has learned what she needs to learn, culturally, from the Watch, though. I figured she was going to be the one to say, "I need to go find others," but that would have put her at odds with the Watch again. Having the Armorer do it, she's still welcome in their world, and she has their support once they're ready to take Mandalore again.
What part, though, will Din play? The mythosaur has to be a higher level of authority than the dark saber, so if/when Bo manages to tame or kill it, she'll have that over Din as a claim to rule, but he's still got the saber for now. Will he go ronin, wandering as he pleases? Will he serve as a leader under her? I'm not sure where he fits in the big picture once they have a place to call home, even if it's just on Nevarro. He still seems... lost.
What do you guys think?
