idc what anybody says this needs to happen

every teenager needs to start acting like they live in the 2000s. Idc what aesthetic u are but we need to bc nobody goes to the mall anymore. malls were literally the best thing and back then everything was so simple

and some shops need to go back to their old selves, vs is literally flopping rn without its pink era.

Does Claire's accessories do a good job of keeping the pink era about? Or are they more purple? =). I actually like purple and lilac too, ^_^.

Do you think it's online retail that has gutted the town centres? Malls also sounds a bit American - don't we call them shopping centres here? Heehee... or maybe an Arcade. I dunno...they all have specific names here don't they? We've got the Brunnel in Swindon, and The Oracle in Reading, and Westfield in London....

I remember my town's college used to be in the town centre, so in my time there 1998-2000 we all hung out in town inbetween lessons, =).

2000 and 2001 was also when Speed Garage kinda took over for a brief spell, =). There had been all these underground 90s rave movements...and suddenly us blokes had to smarten up and impress the ladies, as Garage nights tended to be smart dress, whereas Happy Hardcore rave nights had been fine with T-shirts and Whistles.

Of course, the innovation of dubstep came along in the middle of the naughties (was it 2007? 2006? Will have to look it up...),
and by 2010, there was a lot of Funky House and RnB in the clubs, if I recall, =).
And good Grime artists - I distinctly remember going to a Devlin gig in 2010, and everyone there thinking it was a big deal he had visited our town.
