Dream Meanings

Every night I have extremely vivid nightmares. Usually involving death games of some kind (ala Battle Royale or Saw or Alice in Borderland) and also involving sex. I'm not sure what this means but these themes are recurrent each night most typically. I'd love some insight into this.
