You know it's been 3 years since the pandemic and lockdown started and honestly is was crazy and there are times I think I'm still in high school even tho I'm in my early 20s now. I don't realize that time as something that we won't get back. Of course I'm abit upset that I didn’t experience the normal senior end of the year events and trip. But I think it's hard to keep in touch with former hs classmates and friends you made over the years.
Of course everyone will say I'm an old dinosaur or something similar along those lines. Even tho I'm older Gen Zer (i guess a covid kid as well(?)) but to be honest it was difficult to transition from high school to college during lockdown. Fail an year get hold back for a semester and now doing better than I was before. Honestly it's a bit hard to get in this healthy mindset even with family members thinking or doubting you about going to college after failing a year and half(?) But hey I'm trying at least at that's what counts
And I learn that it's okay to fail, learn from your mistakes, and try again even in this environment that we're in now. So what's my tip or advices for the upcoming class graduate
Don't rush on getting a further education, didn't listen to these who are going to put you down or doubt you, cut out any toxic people in your life, reconnect with people who you have talk to in awhile, give yourself selfcare, and don't do stupid shit that get you in trouble or injured
Hopefully this might be helpful but I don't know and thank you for reading
