I have recently started to learn Spanish as a second language. I have always wanted to learn since I was young but never put the time and effort into doing so. But, now that I have moved down to Texas, I find that learning now is better late then never.
I also have found a site that also explains these very well and offers worksheets and a list of lessons to go through in order to keep track of your learnings. LAWLESS SPANISH has been useful to me in that aspect and has expanded my knowledge now only in basic vocabulary, but in understanding too.
In order to memorize these words, I have found a site, BRAINSCAPE, to assist me in learning and retaining them. You go through these flashcards, rate them on how well you know them, and those same flashcards will appear more or less because of that rating as well as determine when to add new vocabulary words in for the learner. This has helped me drastically when it comes to learning new words and phrases.
Finally, later on, I have invested in the kickstarter for FLUYO, a language learning app created by Ikenna, a famous polygot on youtube that has grown to become an inspiration to many. His application will take langauge learning to another level. :)
If any other language learners or spanish speakers have tips for me I would love to hear them <3<3<3 I am excited to start this journey!!!!
