Today for me it is a sad day. On March 27 at 8 PM EST Nintendo shut down the eShop on Wii U and 3DS. For me it was 28 at 2 AM.
Here's how both eShops look now:
- 3DS - You can still search software and view them on the front page but getting any new software is disabled.
- Wii U - You can search software just like 3DS but you can't view them on the frontpage.
This is a sad day for all Wii U and 3DS gamers.

if you've homebrewed ur 3ds or wiiu then you can still get games :3c still really sad that the eshop is gone thoughh
i didn't + i probably won't in the near future.
