Hidden Garden in the Woods

Howdy and welcome to my blog about my hidden garden. I decided to start growing my own food and herbs because with how the world is turning it would be a useful skill to have. I recently found this open space in the woods out back my home, its nice and hidden but it looks like people would dump their trash there (sad). Before i can plant there i need to clean it first, ill post a pic of it if i can. I'm planning on planting; lettuce, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, garlic, and sum flowers that I've heard are good to deter pests.

Before I can plant i was thinking of making garden boxes and a little shack to store my tools. this is gonna be a big project for me, so i cant help but get excited, although I hope I don't get in trouble but I'm sure ill be fine.
