layouts are confusing

mannn, took me FOREVER to edit my layout n its STILL not to where i want it to be.  n im having a hard time finding any decent tutorials online for how to make specific changes to your layouts

like, , , i wanna make my header bigger, i want a different logo but i cant find one i like and ive no idea how to make my own logo.  same with mouse cursors.  those im kina vibin with garf atm, ive been tryina find a slug cursor code to go with my user. i wanna change the shape of my pfp, add a song to autoplay on my acc.  idk why but no matter what i try, it just wont work.  i also wanna make my page like bounce up n down like i been seein on other accs
