Loss and Ignorance

One who lost everything, versus one who never had anything to lose in the first place... Who do you think would win? To have lost everything is to be filled with feelings of regret and anguish, but to have never held anything in the first place is to be completely empty... Like two sides of the same coin, both share the similarity of having nothing left, yet remain complete opposites. The saying, "Better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all," comes to mind, but is that really true? Is it better to live in the tragedy of truth than the wonderland of ignorance? Is there anywhere between? If a world that knew only loss was to meet its antithesis, a world where it is impossible to gain, what would happen then? I wonder, if one fate had to befall you... Which would you choose? Answer wisely, for you never know who might be listening... Kuhuhuhu...
