If a Arab guy says "mashallah my son is alrigh"t does that make him Muslim? Or is it the same as a atheist saying thank God without having to be Christian? OR would a Muslim be offended by a atheist Arab sayin this?

no not really im muslim and i dont get offended by it i have exmuslims friends that say like mashallah as a habit and its really okay no one care lol

Also it just depends on how chill he is , some get offended and some doesn't

Well you can never know what is his religion unless you ask him (and he could lie to protect himself) , even Christian arabs say mashallah and similar words , and any atheist arab can say those because it is used ALOT in our community
