really important, should i report my mom to cps?

my mom left for work and told my sister to lock herself in the room, all because me and my mom got into fight over her constantly waking me up in the morning like I'm my sister's age (she's 7) when I'm 17 years old and I can, in fact, wake up on my own without someone telling me to wake up.

i tried to check on my sister because she was upstair for way too long and low and behold, my parents' bedroom door is locked and I can't physically check on her, I tried to get my sister to unlock the door and she said no and when i tried to pick the lock she called my mom on her phone (yeah my sister has her own phone for safety at school but I get mine taken away when i go to high school...a place KNOWN to be one of the most dangerous places this day and age, what a world...) crying saying I'm trying to unlock the door and hurt her and stuff and trying to get her phone.

AND I KNOW if she gets hurt in that room, it'll get fucking pinned on me because right now she is MY responsibility while my mom is away at work.
