Does bad music exist?

Is there really such a thing as bad music, when everyone has different taste? in my personal life I can easily find cases where a song or artist that I don't enjoy, or full on find awful, other people love it/them. If anyone else finds this and wants to leave a message. Do you think there really is such a thing as bad music, or is music just music?
