Everybody has a lil trauma..

I love that this is a new place to be unapologetically myself. Facebook is great and all, but it’s gotten to be full of trolls and people who genuinely just want to judge you. I try to talk freely about my experiences, but there’s too many who think they know, so they just twist and manipulate and judge. People who know my abuser and think they know my story.

Allow me to introduce myself: I’m Nikki. I’m a tattoo artist who thoroughly loves her job. I have the most amazing coworkers, the best boyfriend a girl could possibly get, a home full of loving animals and a wonderful mini me of a daughter. 

Unfortunately to get where I am now, I had to go through 3 years of complete and total narcissistic abuse. I won’t go into detail just yet, I don’t want to get too deep too quickly on this new amazing Haven we have.. but I do feel a calling to talk about my experience and be there for others dealing with similar situations. 

Mental health is something we need to strip the stigma from 

and I hope to help empower those going through their own PTSD realize they aren’t alone and that there is NOTHING to be ashamed of.
