The industrial revolution and its consequences vs panda express

hiya guyss ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ

Looking at my profile I figured my page looked pretty empty + boring + every other bad thing u can think of, consequently I'm now writing a blog (my first one ever yay)

Basically ever since I found this website I have been literally obsessed with it and I don't even feel like I'm wasting my time when being here and that is soooo cool. It's definitely felt like a breath of fresh air considering how fast everything goes lately, especially on the internet. I truly admire those who grew up without phone addictions (not me, sadly (•́︿•̀||) ). I mean, it's just so easy to realize after 6 hours that you have wasted your entire day just scrolling... it's mental. And what's, even MORE, depressing than that is that same routine repeats every day and day afterday and always and itsdoes nt sstop andsbuvdshbjafbsedj it's a mess. You end up feeling deeply unfulfilled and frustrated about your life as if it were your fault you've been so drained out of energy only thing you can consume is disposable content and trashy advertisement, and IT JUST DRIVES ME INSANE I MEAN UGGHGHHHG I DESPISE IT A TON. But those r simply the downsides of living in the most technologically advanced civilization to ever roam the earth AMIRITE. Plus, at least I get to order yummy panda express meals in the middle of the night
(っ˘ڡ˘ς).

yum yumm

Going back to my personal experience (as if I hadn't ranted enough abt that yet) in SpaceHey, it's being straight gas. It's slow and that is what makes it stand out. You actually have to devote yourself to it. Normally, in yt or smthng, I wouldn't notice time passing by but, after spending the whole day customizing my page and writing about myself aand sending friend requests aaand having an amazing time overall, I don't feel as if I have wasted my time anymore. And not only is there a difference in time expenditure, but this also has (somehow) another feeling tied to it (trust me (ʘ ͜ʖ ʘ) it does). There's something about writing down your thoughts that's much more appealing and personal than recording short videos of you saying stuff. Idk, maybe it's just me. I just enjoy writing so much... If I were to ever go to prison, I'd ask for paper and a pencil first: I wholeheartedly believe I'd die without them. Coming back to blogging, seeing everyone writing their silly little blogs about things nobody would normally give a damn about/their lives seemed to me a little pitiful at first (and here I am doing the exact same) but, to my surprise, most of those posts had some kudos given to them. Life just kinda slapped me in the face there with the reality of human nature LMFAO. It just seems so crazy to me, the inherent interest we all show for each other's lives and experiences, especially when said attention is uncalled for. Maybe that is part of the reason why tt and other social media feel so isolating. And maybe our being here just proves how, no matter what, humans will continue to pursue that abstract sensation of belonging each individual secretly longs for.

All this seems to me as enough bullshit schizo-posting for today, so ENOUGH of that. I just wanted to say that SpaceHey is dope so far. So yeah @An, keep up the great work!!!

I'm done now, BYEEEE  (٥⁀▽⁀ )/

yea totally! the internet was supposed to help people connect with each other, not drown in a sea of meaningless trends...
