Screaming, crying, banging my head against a wall

This day can't get any worse sobs my dad was in a bad mood in the morning so I had to eat quickly so that he wouldn't get even more annoyed at me for eating (I ate bread with butter), now in school it's going terrible like I was doing some history stuff and I couldn't even write one page in 1 hour because of fkn anxiety :( even in music class it went horribly.. the lunch was so disgusting that I couldn't eat like anythinggg and I asked my dad how much money I have since I can't check myself and he hasn't answered in like an hour aaaaaa I want to cryyy
