The Sun's a Giant Grow Light...

I just had that shocking "duh-huh" revelation. 

As I've mentioned in my About Me section, I love the garden. 2023 is year 5 for me, and I'm freaking excited about it! I started some of my seeds Monday morning....It's technically Day 3 and I've got beans and okra popping up! I tried to add a picture so that I could share, but noooOOOOoooo, that didn't work. Use your imagination.

I've got new stuff to grow this year, lots of different varieties of sunflowers and tomatoes, new melons, and cucamelons (Mexican Sour Gherkins). I also have new varities of okra and these awesome looking beans that are supposed to grow really long. Oh! And Tromboncino Rampicante (trumpet squash?)

Are there any other gardeners/homesteaders/like-minded people here? I'm going to go ahead and warn you all, my interests are few and gardening is my main thing. I also have chicks and ducks....but nowhere near as knowledgeable about them as I am my garden. They're maybe a month old at this point.
